Refund Policy
At this time, we do not offer refunds. We take great care in packing and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, shipping stress can occur, and we’re happy to provide care tips if your plant needs a little extra love after arrival.
If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
Shipping Damage (USPS)
If your plant arrives damaged due to USPS shipping, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim. Refunds will only be issued if the USPS claim is approved. Additionally, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof of the damage.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for stolen packages in order to prevent scams.
